Markus Arndt

The quantum physicist Markus Arndt delocalizes matter particles. With his experimental setups, he proves that their location in the quantum world is not uniquely determined, so that the particle is at different locations at the same time. With an organic molecule of 800 atoms, Arndt’s research team holds the world record for the largest delocalized particle ever.
