A space pioneer who worked on the Apollo program and a Judge, coined the term cyber-ethics when faced with cases in his court. He will talk about how the process of assembly and launch of the Apollo/Saturn V space vehicle at the Kennedy Space Center did not originate in the United States and conceptually dates back to the Fritz Lang movie Die Frau im Mond.
